Tarte Flambée

Tarte 1Ms. Greiner’s French 3 classes took to their aprons in the Marist cafeteria to make the traditional eastern French dish “tarte flambée,” or “flaming tart” after studying the region in class. Together with Sage staff, students made dough from scratch, rolled it out, and covered it with French cheese, bacon, and onions before putting it in a hot pizza oven for a few minutes and enjoying.
